Booking and securing your reservation.
Rates are per person per night based on double occupancy and quoted in U.S dollars. One night payment including tax is required as initial deposit to guarantee your room reservations. For bookings made within 30 days prior to the arrival, full payment is mandatory. All Bookings must be paid in full 30 days prior arrival date. You will receive a transaction receipt and an email confirmation will follow please sign as acknowledgement and fax or email it back.
In the event you need to cancel
Cancellation 31 days or more will incur a $80.00 US processing fee, and for Cancellations from 30 to 1 days prior to arrival date except for New Years where it shall be 30 to 14 days prior to arrival date, 2 nights will be charged as a penalty. NO SHOWS - A Penalty of the total stay amount will be charged for No Shows. EARLY CHECK OUTS - Unused nights are non refundable. You are allowed to make 2 changes to your reservation at no charge. This policy just applies for individual reservations, for Groups and TakeOvers specific policies shall apply.
